• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.

Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable unless they contain a defect or an error caused by SPJ Publication Pvt Ltd.

2. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods used at the time of purchase). The time required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Research Publication Cancellation Policy

• 4.1. Accepted Papers: If an Article Processing Charge (APC) has been paid for an accepted research paper, and the author decides to cancel the publication, 50% of the APC will be refunded. No refunds will be issued once the paper has been published online.
• 4.2. Annual Subscriptions: Journal annual subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
